Don't get lost like me!They're not on the signs in the business park, but Munster Joinery is, so look for that sign as they're next door to it. I couldn't visit today because i couldn't find them but i hope to return one day! The staff are very nice on the phone.

I had a wonderful experience at Salt just recently booked by my husband as a pregnancy treat. Leanne was absolutely lovely and explained everything so clearly, I started with compression therapy on arms and legs and then had a relaxing float.The float was a unique experience and it seemed a little daunting at first but Leanne really put me at ease taking her time to explain how in control of the session I was. Baby and I had a lovely time and I will certainly be back to try some of their other treatment options! Can't recommend highly enough.

Private Couples Day SpaWe had the most relaxing morning at saltWe started of with the infrad sauce, followed by a float which was blissfullThe combination of the two together was very relaxingWe had a beautiful nibble board with herbal teas and orange juice the attention to detail was amazingThen we had the cold plunge which was a Challenge but we were both up for itThis was at 5 degrees and was very very coldThe relief and energy after that we got was so good we instantly felt a differenceLast but not least we ended with compression therapy and relaxed even further while watching NetflixNicola and Adrian took us around step by step made us so relaxed and comfortable with the whole experienceCouples private spa really was unforgettableThank you Nicola & Adrian 5 stars as always

Salt flows was for me one of the amazing experience what I have in my life. I highly recommend it. I think everybody should go and try it. I cant even express how I feel. But that was amazing. and I think I was feel like I'm in the space. I just touch my soul. From the moment I entered until I left, I felt great, I felt happy, I felt calm, relaxed. I recommend everyone to try it, then you will understand what I'm talking about because what I felt is difficult to describe, only positive emotions and complete detachment from the body.Thanks guys for that experience I will definitely come back.

I had a massage with Nicola, I can't praise her enough.Id been to a chiropractor twice for back pain before I went to SALT FLOAT AND RECOVERY with no improvement in my back but, the relief Nicola gave me was amazing!You start to relax as soon as you walk into SALT.Nicola knows exactly what she's doing in a fantastic friendly professional way, I felt so well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.I'm going back ASAP for my float tank and massage.

Pure bliss! I’ve been wanting to try this for ages and after a few hectic months, finally had time to book a float.From start to finish this was an amazing experience, staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was explained in great detail and I was completely at ease going into my pod.You have full control of the pod (lights on or off, leave at any point if you wish), although after about 10min I felt like never leaving! The pod is very spacious, and the complete darkness definitely helped me fully relax.I felt so relaxed and energised afterwards, the suite is completely private and you’re provided with ear plugs and toiletries as well as luxurious towels. You can treat yourself to some herbal tea afterwards and hair dryers are also provided should you need them.I will be back for sure, I also want to try out the Finnish sauna, which I was able to take a look at after my float - as a Finn I am delighted to see it is an actual Finnish sauna!

I loved my first ever salt float. Adrian talked me through everything beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect and what to do if I wasn't comfortable at any stage. It was simply an hour of bliss, I didn't want to get out! Everything was supplied, shampoo,conditioner, towels, flip flops even a hairdryer in the chill out room afterwards. My float at Salt was the perfect escape on a dreary rainy Galway night. The whole experience was like being in an Oasis of calm. Nicola was so attentive and explained the whole process which put us as ease for our first float.The float pods are really spacious and I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. I went in feeling really drained and highly strung and came out feeling refreshed and calm.Everything from ear plugs to towels, gorgeous shampoo and shower gel to herbal tea was provided. There are also hair dryers for after.The perfect serene escape just outside the city centre!

I did the 1 hour Salt Float therapy. It was amazing. The room was perfect. The float pod was enormous and everything was exactly as Nicola described. I was able to relax in the the chill out room after and have a cup of tea and just assess myself before leaving. Also, the location is ideal in Briarhill, no traffic to contend with and plenty of parking available. I have signed up for the membership now so I can go regularly

Went with my daughter for my first ever salt flotation. It has blown me away. I knew nothing about it before I went but loved everything about the experience. I just went into a deep state of relaxation. The place is super clean with an air of calm - like a very nice spa. Adrian and Nicola were so warm and welcoming and everything was so well explained I felt totally at ease.I hadn’t been sleeping great for a couple of weeks but the night after my float I had a most restful night’s sleep.
