While living in Vancouver, CA, ‘Float Therapy’ came up on a podcast & the list of benefits piqued curiosity. After one session, back aches, shoulder pain & a ultra-calm mind were the noticeable benefits – the effects lasted days
An idea came about & SALT was born. SALT became the first dedicated health spa in Ireland to help customers resolve long-standing problems such as chronic insomnia, back pain, stress management, pregnancy support, anxiety relief, injury recovery, post-surgery rehab, general health & wellbeing maintenance

Combining her qualifications in Neuromuscular Sports Therapy & Massage Nicola has a deep understanding of the body & how it works. Backed up by a keen interest in functional medicine, Nicola will guide you through all stages of their health & wellbeing goals at SALT while delivering a masterclass in customer service so you get the most our of every visit
